Classroom Communication
Your child’s teacher will keep you informed about important dates, events, and classroom updates through tools such as:

Individual Education plans(IEPS’) and Reports
Formal progress reports are completed at the end of each semester. These reports outline your child’s progress toward their Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals, which are developed collaboratively with you and other key stakeholders. Reports are:

We encourage regular discussions about your child’s progress. You will be invited to meet with your child’s teacher at our annual half day school closure in term 1. Meetings can be held:

Online via Teams or phone calls(if attending in person is not possible)
We use Compass to communicate upcoming events, incursion, excursion, term planners. Push notifications are also sent on this platform.
Compass is an online platform that can be downloaded as an app on your phone or accessed directly via a web page.
Parents can notify the school of their child’s attendance through this app. Permissions and payments can also be made through this app.
